I’m Dr. Inbal Shamir, the proud CEO and founder of PRIMES. With a strong academic background, I hold an M.A., and a Ph.D. in child development. My journey in academia spans 7 years, during which I had the privilege of lecturing and teaching courses in the field of child development, covering areas such as sensory, motor, language, cognitive, and behavioral aspects.
In parallel, my passion for human development led me to dedicate 19 years to the practice of sensory-motor therapy for infants and toddlers who face motor difficulties or delays. Through this extensive experience, I have gained invaluable insights into addressing the unique developmental needs of these young children, ensuring they receive the best care and support.
I am truly excited to lead PRIMES on this journey of Pediatric Development. With our comprehensive services and a team of dedicated professionals, I am confident that PRIMES will play a pivotal role in shaping a brighter future for the little ones in our care.
As an accomplished Pediatric Occupational Therapist with over 20 years of experience, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a deep commitment to the field of early intervention. Specializing in pediatric development, I have a particular expertise in addressing communication disorders and autism in infants and toddlers. My professional journey has been marked by a diverse array of experiences in public healthcare, home settings, and clinical environments, allowing me to develop a comprehensive approach to therapy.
I am the founder of the ‘Pathway to Communication’ project, an innovative program designed to enhance emotional and cognitive development through communication. This project highlights the importance of the first two years of life, offering parents practical tools through a video feedback guidance approach to effectively foster their child’s communicative abilities.
My approach is specifically tailored to identify and address communication difficulties during the critical early years, providing parents with actionable guidance and support. Through my work, I am committed to empowering families, ensuring that every child has the strongest possible start in life, with communication as the cornerstone of future success.

actors, dancers and musicians learn to move better. The Child’Space Method is based on
Feldenkrais theories and focuses on infant developmental movement and sharing that
knowledge with parents.
Her approach to building a strength-based family dynamic grew from her graduate degree in
